The Saturday Morning Post

Bless me readers for I have sinned, it has been several weeks since my last post. These are my ramblings:

I've been too busy with work and family life to spend much time on the Internet, whether that be Blogger, or Facebook, or even my personal e-mail account.

My Facebook friends will notice regular activity on my account, but as I've explained there - it's not me, it's my daughter. Nina uses my account to play various "games" that Facebook has.

Laura and baby are doing fine - well, Laura is tired a lot, but that is to be expected. At her last doctor's appointment, they did an ultrasound and we were able to see the baby's heart beating. It's still too soon to determine the gender.

Brady is gearing up for another competition, this time in Palm Springs. As with the two previous competitions (Irvine and Las Vegas), this one is close enough to drive to, but due to other things going on in our lives, we will not be able to attend to watch Brady and squad.

We're not sure we'll be able to attend his competition in Dallas either. The reason is strictly financial. This cheer thing is draining us.

I realized that I never posted the pictures from the last Home Depot Kid's Workshop that Nina and I attended. Here they are:

A calender (how clever)

Nina already changed the date from the 2nd to the 3rd. Next Saturday is the next workshop. How time flys (or is it flies)?

Finally, I've stopped numbering these posts. I don't know why I started doing that anyway; maybe it sounded good to me at the time, but I think it's silly. So from now on, it will just be The Saturday Morning Post. I will make no promise that will post every Saturday morning because that's a promise I can't keep. I'll do the best I can to check in when I can.

Bye for now

What a cutie and still no "hammer thumbs." Good for her!

Hang in there. I (vaguely) recall when we became aware of our youngest (a complete suprise) and had to start juggling the older ones' activities to preserve our sanity. Don't worry, you'll do just fine.

    Cheers.

Thanks Randall. This one was a complete surprise as well. I'm sure with the help of the good Lord, and the support of family, friends - including blog readers - we will be fine.
