The Saturday Morning Post - Final Edition

Dear Friends,

After nearly five years of on-and-off blogging, the time has come to say goodbye. I simply do not have the time to do this any more. My life is just too busy to do everything I want to do. As a result, some of the things I enjoy (like reading blogs and writing in mine) I no longer have time to do.

I want to take this time to thank the few of you who stopped by from time-to-time to read and comment: Laura, Randall, and Sage. Thank You! As time allows, I will continue to visit your blogs, and leave an occasional comment.

All my best,
Dan

Farewell Fellow Bloggers

Dearest friends of my blogging world, Goodbye.

This is not an April Fool's joke like I posted once before.

After carefully thinking it over, I've decided to quit posting. I'm disappointed with my decision, but I've come to the conclusion that this is for the best. I honestly think this is the first time I've ever quit anything. I will miss sharing my long-winded stories about my family adventures, and the poor attempts of photography that sometimes accompanied them. There was so much more I wanted to share in the past year and a half, but just never found the time.

I would like to personally thank all of you who have read my blog, and especially if you took the time to write a comment. So, to my sister Donna, to my cousin Michelle, and to all of you who are book-marked on my blog roll: GetFlix, V, Ffleur (who stopped blogging a while back), Jenster, M-M-M-Mishy, Frank, Sage, LA, Diane, Norm, Prunella, Valette, Bean, and Carmi; my sincerest thank you, and my best regards to you. May God bless you all.

I Quit! (April Fools)

I finally decided to quit blogging.

I just don't have time to do this anymore, and nobody reads this blog anyway.

Farewell cruel world. . . . .

I borrowed this picture from a company that sells decorative water fountains. They're going out of business too.

Thanks for the memories :-(

April Fools!

(I'm not a quitter - I don't think I've ever quit anything in my life, although I've thought about quitting)
